When is the tri county street rod day i dont see it on the schedule. Any info would be apprecated thank Brian

Tri-County Street Rods, decided not to hold this event this year. 

Street Rods are certainly welcome at all of the Gassah Guys events. 

There will be 5 Gassah Guys events this year instead of the normal 4.

thank you bob weve been going to that event sence the first one they had we will be up for a gassah guys event this summer wish winterport was closer it a 300 mile ride one way

I think you will find the Gassah Guys events are a Blast!!

There is no "street legal" requirement so there are about 4-5 times as many race vehicles, and at least 3 times as many spectators! 

Events are run just a little different.
The Tri County event held the flag up and the racers launched as it dropped.
The Gassah Guys hold the flag down and launch as it is raised.

And the Gassah Guys have an actual race in the afternoon. They race on and index and for a trophy.
Those who don't want to enter the race may continue to make time trials all day.

you know,it is saying quite alot about winterport dragway when someone is willing to drive 300 miles one way to attend the events!! I am glad it's only about 30 for me!!
